Summer Sun!
Summer is the season to relax, and enjoy the warmer weather, however it is not the time to ease up on your skin care routine!!

UVA/UVB rays are harmful all year but are especially damaging during summer when our exposure levels are higher with loads of outdoor activities.

The suns rays are at its harshest between 11 am – 3pm if this is the time you are having a lunch break in the sun cover up with a hat and sunglasses.

Essential Fatty Acids
Do you have enough essential fatty acids in your diet?

The benefits of these nutrients are imperative to healthy Skin, brain and gut.

Omega 3 fatty acids are essential nutrients found in certain foods such as nuts, olive oil, eggs, salmon and avocado. Not only are they essential for hormone regulation, healthy brain, and gut they regulate the skins oil production, improve balanced hydration minimize some of the signs of aging and improve the quality of sebum production. This is important for those whose suffer from skin congestion (acne).

Mary and I are seeing quite a few clients with different conditions at the moment, such as eczema, dermatitis and acne the extra intake of essential fatty acids will help alleviate these symptoms.

If you are thinking that you may need some extra essential fatty acids in your diet, please consider the quality before heading into the nearest discount warehouse pharmacy to buy them, they need to be a wild cold fish oil which will require refrigeration, otherwise they may not be the quality of oil you are needing which then will defeat the purpose of taking them.

Let us know if you would like any more information.

REMEMBER
“Don’t be hairy, go see Mary.”
“What you put under your pits may affect your tits.”
“What you put on your mane may affect your brain.” ”What you put on your lips may affect your liver, lymph nodes and kidneys.”
