Business closure, family news and celebrations
I will be away from the 3rd to 10th November for a break with my daughter in Queensland. The last time I was up there was in July so I am looking forward to the break.
If you would like a treatment between now and Christmas I would suggest you book in as I am rapidly filling my diary and I already have started making bookings for 2016.
For any of you that follow me on Instagram or Facebook you would have seen where I recently celebrated my 25th wedding anniversary. This pic is before we went out for tea and the beautiful roses I received from Andrew.
To celebrate we went to Melbourne, picked up a hire care and traveled the Great Ocean Road for a weekend. IPL TREATMENTS.
Now is the time when we are starting to show off more of our skin and thinking about hair reduction treatments.
I am now offering complimentary underarm hair reduction treatments with any other area you are having treated, i.e bikini, legs, facial areas. This is one of the best areas to treat if you have dark hairs and gives fantastic results. One of the best texts I can receive is when I get a message saying “I need to reschedule my appointment please as I don’t have any hairs at the moment.” Thank you to everyone that keeps on referring their friends and family to my business. I pride myself on the services I offer and the results that I achieve. My passion and the reason I started my business was to be able to help people with unwanted dark hair but especially hormonal facial hair and to make it more affordable for clients. Thank you to those of you who tell me “You have such a great name with your business”. Please remember to remove any make up, no spray tans in the area being treated and no deodorant if I am doing underarms. Keep telling people don’t be hairy, go see Mary.
ANTI WRINKLE TREATMENTS
Dr. Hoyle. The next date will be Saturday 21st November and then the 12th and 13th December 2015.
He is here once a month on a Saturday to do anti wrinkle treatments, fillers, treatments for excessive underarm sweating (hyperhydrosis) and skin consultations. If you have a skin lesion you are concerned about please book in and get it checked. Better to be safe than sorry. He has already picked up and treated basal and squamous cell carcinomas on clients whilst doing treatments here. He is based in Hobart, so not a fly in, fly out doctor. MICRODERMABRASIONS.
It was brought to my attention that people believe I no longer do microdermabrasions. This is not true. I will still do a micro for you if after assessing your skin I find you are suitable to have one. I do not do them just because people have had one before and think this is what their skin needs. Our skin is a very delicate, thin barrier and we do not need to be continually stripping it. Instead I prefer to do an enzyme treatment which will gently cleanse and exfoliate your skin without the mechanical abrasion. Check out my menu for the facials I offer. Research is now showing that people who have a lot of peels and micro’s (over exfoliating) are in fact aging themselves faster. I am being a responsible therapist.
